1 cup cooked black bean ( I used can)
1 small onion chopped very small
1-2 cloves of garlic chopped very small
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper ( you can use jalapeno if you like your spicy food)
2-3 Tbsp diced tomato ( I used salsa)
