Three-cup chicken (三杯雞)

It is a very traditional Taiwanese dish. The three-cup stands for the three key ingredients in this dish: 1 cup of sesame oil, 1 cup of rice wine, and 1 cup of soy sauce. In this recipe we use 1/2 cup of veggie oil to replace 1/2 cup of sesame oil for a smoother taste.
