I had a few requests for recipes I mention in grocery hauls so here is my Mexican Chicken, Brown Rice and Bean Bake. It"s especially simple if you have pre-cooked/leftover chicken on hand. You can make tacos with this or serve as a side dish with tortilla chips. I"ll do my best to film/blog
