Cheese Grits
Preheat oven 350 degrees & bake covered 1 hour.
1 Cup. 5-minute grits
4 Cups water
1 tsp. salt
Stir grits in boiling salted water. Reduce heat & cook 5 minutes, stir occasionally. While grits are hot add:
1/2 stick butter
4 oz. cheddar cheese
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 tsp
