In this easy cooking video, I demonstrate how I cook and eat an artichoke(species of thistle). I simply boil the artichokes in a pot of water and then eat them dipped in mayonnaise. They can be eaten either hot or cold. For more easy cooking and recipes, be sure to check out my easy cooking
