Cheesy Grits and Ham
A quick and comforting meal anytime of day
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/3 cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
